Upwards with Downs is a registered non-profit Charity based in Harlow, offering support to adults and children with Down syndrome throughout Essex, Hertfordshire and adjoining counties. The charity was formed in 2011 by parents of children with Down syndrome. Upwards with Downs provides various activities and services for members such as 1-1 speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, Makaton lessons to name a few. These activities ensure that people with Down syndrome are well supported in order for them to reach their full potential in life.
